PTZ Flow prioritizes user privacy through data minimization principles. The desktop application for macOS and Windows operates locally without collecting video, camera credentials, or network configuration data.

Data Collection Practices

Minimal Data Transmission

The software transmits only licensing information: your license key and a pseudonymous device identifier. This data validates licenses and prevents abuse, while enabling device transfers and support services.

No Surveillance Features

The software does not include third-party analytics, telemetry, advertising identifiers, or usage tracking.

Camera Data Protection

All video feeds, camera footage, passwords, presets, and settings remain exclusively on your local network — never accessed or stored by us.

Payment & Licensing

Payment processing occurs through Lemon Squeezy (a Merchant of Record). We never directly handle credit card information. Lemon Squeezy shares only essential details like name, email, and license information for support purposes.

User Rights & Data Deletion

Residents of the EEA and UK can request access, correction, deletion, or processing restrictions on their personal data. However, deleting this information will permanently deactivate your license.

Security & International Transfers

Communications use HTTPS/TLS encryption. Service providers may process data internationally, with appropriate legal safeguards in place.
