1. License Grant, Device Limitations, and Trial Version

The licensor grants users a revocable, non-exclusive license to use PTZ Flow on compatible macOS or Windows devices, subject to compliance and payment of applicable fees.

The Trial Version restricts usage to controlling one (1) active PTZ camera at a time, for evaluation purposes only. The paid Commercial Version operates under a single-device rule, allowing installation on multiple machines but preventing simultaneous use across more than one machine at any given time.

2. Purchase, Billing, and Refund Policy

Purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy. We maintain a strict no-refund policy because the Trial Version permits comprehensive testing before purchase commitment.

3. License Key, Verification, and Offline Grace Period

Paid licenses require internet connection validation using only license keys and pseudonymous device identifiers. The software provides a 20-day offline grace period, with warnings beginning on day seventeen of continuous offline operation.

No camera footage, passwords, or network configurations are collected or transmitted by the licensor.

4. Restrictions

Users cannot license, sell, rent, or commercially exploit the software, nor may they modify, reverse engineer, or bypass license verification systems.

5. Hardware Control & Third-Party Devices

Users assume all risks associated with motorized PTZ camera operation. The licensor disclaims liability for hardware malfunctions, unexpected movements, or damage to equipment arising from software use.

6. Joystick and Gamepad Controller Support

Guaranteed compatibility extends only to devices listed on the supported devices page. Custom controller mapping functionality operates on a hit-and-miss basis, without refund guarantees.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "AS IS", with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

Trial Version liability is zero dollars. Paid Version liability cannot exceed the amount actually paid through Lemon Squeezy.

9. Termination

The licensor may suspend or terminate agreements at any time, requiring users to cease use and delete all copies.

10. Governing Law

This agreement follows Swedish law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
